Supporting Farmers in Need - NAU Country Northern Regional Branch Raises $11,000 for Farm Rescue

The employees of NAU Country’s Northern Regional Branch have gone above and beyond, raising an impressive $11,000 for Farm Rescue through a fun and meaningful fundraiser.

Under the leadership of Marketing Representatives Gabe Power and Michael Hanson, alongside Senior Underwriter Jared Meyer, the team created a lighthearted 12-month calendar celebrating friendship and farm life for the second consecutive year. This year, the calendar went beyond just for fun, aiming to make a meaningful impact. Proceeds from the calendar sales were dedicated to Farm Rescue. This Midwest nonprofit provides critical operational support to farm and ranch families facing crises, including injury, illness, or natural disasters.

“We wanted to support an organization that champions American farmers, just like NAU Country,” said Michael Hanson. “Farm Rescue has a strong presence in our area, and we knew this fundraiser would make a real impact in our local communities.”

In addition to the support from the NAU Country community, NAU Country’s parent company, QBE, helped amplify the impact by securing a generous donation match from the QBE Foundation. This collaboration boosted contributions, allowing the team to make an even greater impact.

“This fundraiser reflects NAU Country’s commitment to the American farmer beyond just insurance,” said Senior Underwriter Jared Meyer. “Both NAU Country and Farm Rescue share a mission - to support producers and growers when they need it most. Whether it’s financial security or hands-on help in the field, we both aim to be that bridge for farmers to keep producing year after year.”

Through creativity, teamwork, and a shared passion for supporting the American farmer, NAU Country’s Northern Regional Branch employees made a lasting impact - one calendar at a time.
